Xdroid, a leading Interaction Analytics solution provider, has just announced the launch of its newest feature, Xdroid IQ Co-Pilot, which further elevates the capabilities of its proprietary LLM. The new capability within the platform’s Advanced Filter enables managers and supervisors to describe what they want to see in plain language—and instantly converts that prompt into the correct, production-ready filter syntax and code. 

Gerry de Graaf, Co-CEO of Xdroid, unveiled the feature at the Executive CX Summit organised in Manchester, along with Xdroid’s partner in the UK, Avoira.

  • Turns prompts into precision: Under the Advance Filter feature, managers and supervisors simply need to type a question or instruction and the Co-Pilot outputs exact filter logic and syntax, ready to run through the customer interactions.
  • Guides as you work: Users can also request ‘on-the-fly’ assistance within call details or anywhere in the system with advanced filtering to refine queries or surface relevant dimensions without breaking their flow.
  • Auto-apply for speed: To further speed up filtering, users can enable auto-apply within the call details section.
  • Teaches by example: This feature is a great way for new managers/users to understand how filters work. They can simply inspect how existing filters are constructed to understand the logic behind them and follow the best practices going forward.
  • Filter Checks:  Users, both new and experienced, can also use the Co-Pilot to check their work, i.e. identify any mistakes in the syntax. The Co-Pilot can help by correcting any syntax errors in the rules/filters.
