Speech analytics company Xdroid, headquartered in Mechelen, Belgium, and with R&D offices in Budapest, Hungary, experienced significant growth during the first half of 2021. Xdroid started the year receiving a Frost and Sullivan Best Practices Award for its innovative voice analytics solutions, and in the following six months, the company won contracts for over 12.000 agents. It has grown its customer base by 50%.
One of the major wins contributing to this growth is the recently announced project with Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) in the UK through partners Capita and Avoira. Xdroid’s technology will allow HMRC to analyze over 30 million calls per year, increasing efficiency and productivity amongst others, to deliver improved customer service. Furthermore, Xdroid successfully continues its international expansion and signed up its first partner and customer in the Spanish market. Xdroid has also started activities in Italy; with these activities, the speech analytics company is now represented in the UK, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Mexico, India, Spain, and Italy.
The growth is expected to continue, especially through Xdroid’s real-time solution. The real-time Agent Assist solution provides in-call advice to agents recommending best next actions and creating alerts based on call content and customer sentiment. Additionally, the technology can automatically open the information agents need, reduce on-hold times, and make an automated wrap-up after the conversation, significantly reducing average handling time.
