With the Voice Analytics and Operator Assist solutions, all calls can be monitored and analyzed in real-time but also in post-processing. Key analytics information can be integrated with NPS, CRM or other data for further analysis and action.

Xdroid and sogedes will be present at this year’s CCW on February 19-21 in Berlin. Xdroid releases their Operator Assist and Email Analytics modules during CCW. As well as the release of its Real-time Operator Assist module, Email Analytics, and routing solution. Especially for the German market Xdroid also releases its offline analytics in German.
