With the addition of Xdroid’sText and Voice Analytics solution, Pridis adds much-requested contact Center Solutions with Artificial Intelligence to its portfolio. Xdroids Real-time voice- and text analytics can analyze both text and voice simultaneously, but separately, and so, analyze the emotion of which the word is spoken, to detect cynicism.

With the Voice Analytics and Operator Assist solutions, all calls can be monitored and analyzed in real-time but also in post-processing. Key analytics information can be integrated with NPS, CRM or other data for further analysis and action.

Xdroid will be present at this years CCW on February 19-21 in Berlin. Xdroid releases their Operator Assist and Email Analytics modules during CCW. As well as the release of its Real-time Operator Assist module, Email Analytics, and routing solution. Especially for the German market Xdroid also releases its offline analytics in German.
