Press Release: Xdroid celebrates big wins at the Comms National Awards 2023

On the 28th of September 2023, Xdroid along with its partners, Avoira and FourNet attended the 2023 edition of the Comms National Awards (CNA) at Westminster in London hosted by broadcaster Vernon Kay. Every year, CNA recognises and honours the best performers in the industry in the Reseller, Vendor and Business Category. Xdroid’s partners, Avoira and FourNet emerged as finalists for their respective categories. Avoira was nominated for ‘Best SME Managed Service Customer Solution’ and ‘Best SME Contact Centre Customer Solution’, whereas FourNet was nominated for ‘Best Reseller Innovation Award’.

For their work with their client Principal Insurance Limited, the team at Avoira bagged the ‘Best SME Contact Centre Customer Solution’. Both teams have displayed great passion and dedication in how they make the most of Xdroid’s Speech Analytics solutions to ensure the best customer experience for the end customers.

The night continued with more wins for Xdroid with their partner FourNet, who for their collaborative innovation with the Sigma Connected Group secured the ‘Best Reseller Innovation Award’. This particular award testifies to the power of Xdroid’s Speech Analytics solutions in driving innovation and revolutionizing the CX space.
