Xdroid is proud to announce that it has been awarded the Bronze Prize at the 21st edition of the National CX & EX Awards, organised by the Mexican Institute of Teleservices (IMT) as part of the Global CX Forum.
Xdroid received this recognition in the category “Best Data Analytics Initiative” for its project, “VoiceAnalytics as an Engine of Digital Transformation in Mega Travel.”
The award celebrates the successful implementation of Xdroid’s Speech Analytics solution within Mega Travel, a leading tour operator in LATAM.
