Xdroid successfully concluded the 5th edition of Partner Days, bringing together its exclusive network of international partners, integrators, and resellers from leading organizations across 7 different countries in Europe and Latin America.
Partner Days is where Xdroid’s global ecosystem comes together to align on shared business objectives. Centered around this year’s theme, “Owning the Customer Journey,” the event highlighted Xdroid’s commitment of delivering solutions that help businesses gain full visibility, gain insights, and control across multiple customer touchpoints using advanced analytics and their new AI-driven capabilities.
The multi-day gathering from 5th of May to 7th of May in Palermo, Sicily, Italy featured cutting-edge product innovations, real-world success stories, and deep-dive discussions on the evolving landscape of customer experience and interaction intelligence. Together with its partners, Xdroid redefines how businesses connect with their customers.
Innovation, Insights, and Real-World Impact
Attendees experienced firsthand demonstrations of Xdroid’s latest innovations including Xdroid IQ 3.0, a new and improved version of Xdroid’s proprietary LLM, an innovative ticketing solution, a more accessible version of their enterprise solution called Xdroid Insights with Entry and Extended Level functionalities and a clear scalable path to upgrade as and when required and finally, also introduced the capability of analysing back-office Ticketing Interactions into its VoiceAnalytics solution.
These innovations were also complemented by compelling case studies showcasing measurable success across industries. The sessions reinforced the importance of data-driven decision-making in enhancing customer experience, revenue intelligence, compliance management, and operational efficiency. In addition Xdroid revealed Voicebot technology that fully integrates with its analytics solution offering the possibility for multiple applications.
