On 13th September 2022, Xdroid, a privately owned Speech Analytics solution provider with Headquarters in Mechelen, Belgium, and R&D in Budapest, Hungary announced that it has become an Amazon ISV (Independent Solution Vendor) partner. Xdroid will now be implementing its solutions for multiple customers and be hosted on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) environment. The solution will be natively integrated with Amazon Connect to provide both real-time and offline speech analytics
As an ISV, Xdroid meets all the criteria, has passed several tests, and demonstrated that it can be successfully implemented on and integrated with Amazon Cloud Solutions, specifically AWS and Amazon Connect.
Customers that host their solutions on AWS can also host the Xdroid VoiceAnalytics and Agent Assist solutions in the AWS cloud environment. With Xdroid, AWS customers can benefit from the highly advanced real-time and offline Speech Analytics capabilities that it offers. Xdroid natively integrates with Amazon Connect.
Xdroid has deployed thousands of agents on AWS both offline and in real-time as well as realized a large-scale integration with Amazon Connect for Capita together with its UK partner Avoira.
