- Xdroid´s solutions can now directly obtain recordings from Genesys Cloud
- Integration first implemented with RDW in the Netherlands

Speech analytics company Xdroid, headquartered in Mechelen, Belgium, and with R&D offices in Budapest, Hungary, has successfully integrated it’s Speech Analytics solution with Genesys Cloud. Genesys Cloud is one of the world’s leading cloud contact center platforms and allows to manage customer interactions on different types of communication channels. Through this integration, Xdroid Voice Analytics can directly obtain the voice recordings from the Genesys contact center solution for further processing. This will enable many companies to easily analyze their calls with Xdroid’s Speech Analytics and help them discover valuable insights to improve compliance, customer experience, and agent performance. Additional integrations are planned in the near future including Single-sign-on and the ability to access Xdroid through the Genesys user interface.

Together with Frontline Solutions, a supplier of customer-oriented, and innovative customer contact solutions in the Dutch market, Xdroid has implemented the integration for RDW in the Netherlands. RDW is the Dutch Vehicle Authority in the mobility chain and is responsible for tasks in the area of the licensing of vehicles and vehicle parts, supervision and enforcement, registration, information provision, and issuing documents. RDW’s contact center is the first customer to use the Xdroid-Genesys Cloud integration and adopted the solution at the beginning of this month for their 150 agents. Xdroid will help them get a clearer overview of the call reasons to spot areas of improvement.
Xdroid expects to announce more integrations in the near future to facilitate the adoption of Xdroid’s Speech Analytics technologies.
